Vayne Build 1 – The Mobile Build

This is the first build we will discuss. It uses Vayne Pro Builds Builds’s mobility to its full potential and requires very little to no itemization. The core of this build is Vayne’s summoner spell, Ignite, which is maxed out. This build can be used as a wildcard for any aggression-based playstyle and is incredibly effective in the early-to-mid game. After this, it transforms into a pure damage build using heavy armor and physical damage items. This build should be used in mid lane against other mid-lane champions.

Vayne Build 2 – The Cage Build

This build maxes out Ignite and uses it to its fullest potential. This build starts off with a pure damage item, the Dragon Claw, which is followed by one or two armor items, depending on the situation. After this, the build transitions into a tanky build that requires the player to stay behind their team’s front line to protect them from enemy damage. This is the tankiest version of this build and should be used in the back line against melee champions that may be trying to invade their territory.

Vayne Build 3 – The AP Build

This is a hybrid build that requires the player to stay in the front line to defend their territory and not get too separated from their team. This build starts off with an aggressive itemization that can turn into one that allows the player to stay in the back line and protect their team from damage. This build is most effective when using it in tandem with another aggressive itemization, such as the Dragon Claw or Boots of Swiftness.

Vayne Build 4 – The Heavy Armor Build

This build uses heavy armor items to gain the most out of its tanky passive, Blood Thirst, which causes the target to take increased damage from all sources for 3 seconds. This build works best in the laning phase against other lane-pushing champions.

Vayne Build 5 – The Damage Carapace Build

This build starts off with a pure damage item, the Rylai’s Crystal product, then transitions into one that provides armor and magic damage, the Rabadon’s Deathcap. This build is the most defensive of the three and should be used in the back line against champions that are trying to burst the player down quickly, such as Warwick ortanky champions.

Vayne Build 6 – The Tank Build

This build starts off with a pure damage item, the Rabadon’s Deathcap, then transitions into one that provides armor and magic damage, the Zhonya’s Hourglass. This build is the most versatile of the three and works best in the solo queue.
